In Genesis 2, God says that “it is not good for man to be alone.” This is especially true when it comes to serving, praying and the study of scripture. We can’t mature as followers of Christ unless we do these things with other people. That’s what Genesis small groups are for. By joining a small group, you’re joining with other people who want to become more like Christ, and are encouraging each other toward maturity.
