CORE Night, Wednesday, July 9th!

Join us in the Berkley High School Collaborative Center on Wednesday, July 9th, from 6:00-8:00pm, for our next CORE Night. We'll worship, share dinner, commission new Volunteer Staff, pray together, and celebrate the ways God is moving in and through the people of Genesis.

Dinner will start at 6:10, and we will commission new Volunteer Staff immediately following.

Childcare is provided.

BBQ in the City, Saturday, July 19th

Join us on Saturday, July 19th for a monthly cookout in Detroit with the homeless. It's an opportunity to eat food, build community and establish genuine relationship with people in need in Detroit. Several churches have teamed up to make this event happen every month, and it's rapidly growing.

The BBQ is from 1:00pm-6:00pm and is held at 2nd and Selden, about a block west of the Detroit School of the Arts.

COFFEE, CONNECTIONS, COMMUNITY

Now is your chance to fulfill your dream to be a coffee barista, Genesis-style! The Coffee Team at both services needs volunteers, and the Detroit service Connections Team needs extra help after the service. Would you like to get involved with the music at Genesis? If so it’s time to bust out that violin, french horn, harmonica, drums and so on.
